Designed for Same-Day Dentistry

The P42 PLUS is particularly well suited for chairside and same-day restorative workflows. When integrated with the UP3D Soreal chairside system, scanning, design, nesting, and milling can be connected into one streamlined digital workflow. This allows clinicians and practice labs to move efficiently from digital impression to finished restoration without relying on an outside laboratory for every case.

Smart Milling for Better Fit

UP3D’s UPCAM technology and ±20° A-axis swing allow the P42 PLUS to access challenging anatomy and efficiently remove undercuts. This helps produce accurate-fitting restorations while reducing the amount of manual adjustment and finishing required after milling.

The P42 PLUS also supports dual veneer nesting, allowing multiple veneers to be positioned on a single ceramic block. By making better use of each block, laboratories can reduce material waste and improve production efficiency. The machine can also process up to three different material sizes simultaneously, providing additional flexibility for mixed restorative workflows.
