We strive to keep prices consistent throughout the catalog period; however, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to manufacturer price increases or exceptional circumstances. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Kingdom Dental Supply LLC (“Kingdom Dental”) and the customer agree that the terms and conditions outlined here will govern their relationship unless a written agreement with conflicting terms is in effect. By placing an order with Kingdom Dental and upon delivery of the order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
For your convenience, we offer various payment options. Orders billed to your account can be paid via ACH Debit, Check by Phone, or Check. Alternatively, you may use American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card when placing your order. All sales adhere to our standard terms and conditions.

All sales are contingent on credit approval. Invoices are due according to the agreed-upon terms of sale. Kingdom Dental and its affiliates reserve the right to implement a dual pricing system for payments made by check, Kingdom Dental-approved ACH, and/or Kingdom Dental-approved EFT versus other payment methods. To the extent allowed by law, we also reserve the right to apply a surcharge for payments made by credit card or other fee-incurring methods.
Open Accounts Receivable: Accounts receivable that remain unpaid after their due date will incur a 1.5% finance charge.
DELIVERY TERMS: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Purchase orders are subject to product availability. If delivery fails, the sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid for the affected products. Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shipper’s Dock (“Ex Works” outside North America). Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shipper’s dock, except as noted below.
California: For shipments to customers in California, title passes upon receipt of goods by the customer.
Continental U.S.: All orders incur a handling charge, which includes freight except for additional carrier charges related to special delivery services and hazardous material shipments. Special orders may incur extra freight charges.
Alaska, Hawaii & Pacific Protectorates: Standard shipping methods provide direct, cost-effective, expedited air delivery to accounts in Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in Pacific Protectorates are offered direct surface transport or postal services for reliable delivery. No additional surcharges apply unless special services are requested. Low-level hazardous items (accepted quantities and Consumer Commodity ID 8000) are available via UPS 2nd-day air.
Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Trust Territories & Virgin Islands: All orders are subject to a handling charge, including USPS freight. Special delivery orders and hazardous material shipments may be shipped via UPS for an additional fee. No minimum order amount or weight applies. Contact your International Representative for more details.
Outside the U.S. (50 States): For orders shipped outside the U.S. (50 states), please refer to the International Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shipper’s Dock (“Ex Works” outside North America). Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shipper’s dock. The customer is responsible for meeting any applicable import requirements.
RX PRODUCTS & CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES: Regulations restrict the sale of Rx and controlled substances to registered, licensed healthcare professionals only. New customers or those who have recently moved must provide updated state and federal registrations verifying their shipping address. All orders for controlled substances are subject to a due diligence review process. Schedule II controlled substances can be ordered electronically or by mail.
Kingdom Dental restricts the sale or transfer of medications to prisons or correctional facilities for use in lethal injections, as per manufacturer agreements. The products sold by Kingdom Dental are intended for their label-approved purposes or applicable standards of care, excluding human lethal injection.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Local regulatory requirements may apply to the use or installation of certain products. Ensure compliance with any such requirements before purchasing, using, or installing products.
THE DRUG SUPPLY CHAIN SECURITY ACT (DSCSA): Information regarding the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) related to prescription drug products is available on our website www.KingdomDental.com/pedigree. If you encounter issues accessing our website or wish to receive DSCSA documentation via fax, mail, or email, please contact our customer service department.
RETURNS: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Service department at +1 407 279 6039 or jack@kingdomdentalsupply.com, or reach out to your Sales Consultant. The following conditions must be met:
All returns must include a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return. Merchandise should be returned in its original packaging, unmarked, and properly secured. Products must have been purchased within the last thirty (30) days. Returns beyond thirty (30) days may incur a restocking fee. Any shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of the invoice date for credit issuance (if applicable). Shipping charges apply to all returns. The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are non-returnable:

Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment

Special order items (products not typically in stock)

Personalized and imprinted items

Opened computer hardware and software

Hazardous/flammable materials

Prescription Drug Returns: To comply with Federal and State traceability requirements, prescription drugs may be returned if the following conditions are met:

Returns of prescription drugs are only accepted if Kingdom Dental is notified within 30 calendar days of the shipment date and a valid return authorization is issued by Kingdom Dental.

The Prescription Drug Marketing Act requires customers returning prescription drugs to complete and return a Prescription Drug Return Authorization form. Federal law mandates that the healthcare entity returning the drugs documents that the product was kept under proper storage and handling conditions.

Traceability regulations require the healthcare entity to certify that the returned product is the exact item purchased from Kingdom Dental. Kingdom Dental will not issue credit for prescription drugs that were not authorized for return, have been tampered with, or have altered labeling.
Institutional, Government & Corporate Accounts: Terms of Sale generally follow these guidelines unless specified otherwise in a contract. Freight charges are based on weight. There is no minimum order amount; however, a nominal handling charge applies to orders under $125. Some offers and promotions in this catalog may not apply. Arbitration: All claims arising under or related to this Agreement (excluding claims for non-payment) will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York or another mutually agreed location. Claims must be arbitrated individually; class actions or collective actions are not permitted. Each party waives the right to class or collective action and any related damages or relief. Arbitration will be confidential, conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association or its Procedures for Large, Complex Commercial Disputes. The arbitrator will be experienced in the subject matter, and a written record of the hearing will be maintained. The arbitration decision will include an explanation of the legal and factual conclusions and an assessment of costs and attorney’s fees.
Termination: Kingdom Dental Supply reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your use of the Website immediately if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Legal Terms and Conditions or engaged in unacceptable conduct.
Choice of Law and Forum: These Legal Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. By accessing this Website, you agree that courts located in the Central Districts of Florida or the counties within those districts will have exclusive jurisdiction over claims or actions arising from these Terms and Conditions and/or your use of this site. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and agree to extra-territorial service of process for litigation purposes.
Records: A printed version of these Legal Terms and Conditions and any electronically provided notices will be admissible in legal or administrative proceedings to the same extent as printed business documents. For disputes, Kingdom Dental Supply’s records will be conclusive.
Integration and Severability: These Legal Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kingdom Dental Supply regarding this Website, superseding all previous communications and proposals. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intentions as closely as possible, while the remaining portions will remain in effect.
